Bzzzpt!! So what does that mean? Is it in the dictionary? Can you use it in sentence? How about this...In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Bzzzpt. Bzzzpt can be defined as the rate of speed that God moves.
You see when God in his infinite wisdom, power, and presence or as I like to say "that whole God thing going on" goes into action, the result is instant, permanent, and perfect. For example, when Uzza touched the Ark of the Covenant in an attempt to keep it from falling, bzzzpt was the speed of judgment. When Christ encountered the Gadarenian demoniac and cast out his demons, bzzzpt was the speed of release. When the woman with her disease touched the edge of His robe, bzzzpt was the speed of cleansing. When a person accepts Christ as their personal savior, bzzzpt is the speed of Salvation. Finally when Christ makes his Second Coming, bzzzpt will be the speed of rapture.
As fast as bzzzpt happens, so does life. The book of James says that life is like a vapor, here today, gone tomorrow. Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus? If not, when the last bzzzpt happens, the bzzzpt of tribulation will happen to you. How can you know Christ? Simply admit that you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.". Believe that Christ paid the final price for your sins on a cruel Roman cross, and came back to life 3 days later. Then just invite Him to be the Lord of your life, in your life.
